The Estate has a range of venues to suit any occasion. Our Barrabool space can cater for up to 100 guests seated or 200 cocktail, while our gorgeous Bistro is perfect for smaller events. The Kitchen Garden, Lawn, Pool Terrace and our expansive Lounge are also all available for event bookings.

The Estate is a premium conference and event venue with accommodation in Geelong.
Designed to the highest standards, the Estate’s eight conference spaces are equipped with state of the art AV equipment and modern facilities, specifically tailored to enhance your conference or business meeting.

Stay at the Estate in one of our 60 elegant accommodation rooms. The perfect space to relax and unwind, our rooms feature plush furnishings, spacious king size beds, modern ensuites and gorgeous views.

What styles of conference catering does the Estate offer?

We have two conference packages available, each with different options to suit your needs.
Our Premium packages follow a more traditional conference route, with salads and filled sandwiches laid out grazing style, to encourage interaction between guests.
Our Deluxe packages include a unique take on a conference lunch, offering a salad and side dish with a hot main selection served sharing style, for a more formal, seated experience.

Where is the conference catering served?

Tea breaks and Premium conference lunches are typically served grazing style in the Lounge. Delegates are welcome to make a plate and head to any of our available seating areas in the Lounge, Bistro or outdoor spaces to enjoy their break.
Deluxe conference lunches are served seated in either our Barrabool space or Bistro.

Can we eat outside in the warmer weather?

You sure can. In the warmer months, we love hosting our groups in the fresh air for breaks. Be it morning tea on the Terrace, lunch overlooking the pool or canapes in the Kitchen Garden.

Can I host an event at the Estate without a conference?

Yes of course, we can host any type of corporate or social event at the Estate, and can assist you with your event planning.
Our events team can guide you through selecting the perfect menu and venue within the Estate for your event.
We can cater to all events, from an afternoon tea for 10 in our Kitchen Garden, to a three course banquet for 100 in our Barrabool space.

Does the Estate cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely, our team can cater to any dietary requirement.
Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, coeliac, low gluten, lactose intolerance, nut and shellfish allergies are all included in our package price.
Any other dietary requirements or lifestyle choices attract a $15 per person fee.
Please discuss your requirements with our team when making your booking.

Can catering be delivered to our conference room?

Yes absolutely, we are here to support you to provide the conference experience that will be most beneficial to your group. Please just ask one of our friendly team members.

Is coffee and tea supplied?

Great coffee is so important to us at the Estate!
All of our conference packages include all-day tea and coffee. We feature Love Tea and espresso coffee by BlendCo.
The Estate boasts fully automated Sego espresso machines, available to you all day so you only need to push a button for an instant espresso, cappuccino or long black.
Barista made coffee is also available for purchase, just ask at reception.

Does the Estate offer external catering?
