The Estate’s Rooms
With a range of contemporary room options, including suites, accessible rooms and twin-share options, the Estate is well-suited to groups seeking comfortable and flexible accommodation in Waurn Ponds.
Suite
Our suites offer breathtaking views of the lakes from both the bedroom and lounge. With a king-size bed, a large double ensuite, a kitchenette, a sitting area, a wardrobe, a TV and luxury products, they include everything you need.
Standard & Standard Plus Rooms
Our Standard and Standard Plus rooms feature a king-size bed, a modern ensuite, a desk, a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and luxury products. Both rooms have lovely views of the Estate grounds, gardens or pool.
The Standard Plus room is slightly larger than the Standard room. Twin share is available. Breakfast can be added to your booking.
Accessible Rooms
The Estate offers three accessible rooms, all on the ground floor, featuring garden views. The rooms have spacious, accessible ensuites, tea and coffee-making facilities, a desk, a TV, and luxury products.
Two of our accessible rooms have king-size beds which can be twinned, while the third has a queen-size bed. Breakfast can be added to your booking.

How many rooms does the Estate have?
We have 60 rooms at the Estate, including two suites and three accessible rooms.
For those seeking twin share accommodation, 57 of our rooms can be effortlessly transformed into two single beds, providing flexible arrangements to suit your needs.
Do the rooms have ensuites?
All of our rooms have modern ensuite bathrooms with large walk in showers and Kevin Murphy products.
Our suites have double bathrooms.
Our accessible rooms have accessible bathrooms.
How much does accommodation cost at the Estate?
Our rooms start from $220 per night.
Breakfast can also be added to your booking at an additional cost.

Do you offer room service at the Estate?
While the Estate doesn’t offer traditional room service, we do have a range of hampers, platters, drinks and snacks you can purchase at reception to have delivered to your room.

We also have our Express Bistro menu available to order Monday – Friday from 11am till 7pm. Orders can be placed at reception and you can choose to eat in the Bistro, on the terraces, in the common areas or in your room if you wish.

How many people can stay in a room?
A maximum of two people are permitted to stay in each room. Twin share is available in most rooms.
Can I book a room for my upcoming business trip?
Yes of course, we welcome corporate accommodation bookings.

Is breakfast available with room bookings?
Yes, of course. Breakfast is an optional addition to accommodation bookings at Waurn Ponds Estate and is served in our Barrabool event space from 7.30am – 9am weekdays and 7.30am – 10am weekends.
Breakfast is served to Estate guests only.
If you have an early departure we can deliver a continental breakfast to your room the evening prior to store in the fridge. Please speak with our friendly reception team to arrange.
Is the Estate open on weekends?
The Estate now offers Weekends at Waurn Ponds Estate. Relax and unwind in the comfort of our exceptional accommodation while you’re exploring the beautiful Geelong region or attending a local celebration. We provide a tranquil environment with a warm welcome close to the attractions of Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine.
