Each room features a spacious king size bed, modern ensuite bathroom, contemporary furnishings, plush bedding, tea and coffee making facilities, a desk, TV and Kevin Murphy products.
Breakfast can be added to your booking, and most of our rooms can be effortlessly transformed into twin-share.
Suites and accessible rooms are also available.

Hampers and snacks
We have a range of hampers you can pre order to have ready in your room at arrival. A bottle of local wine can also be added to your booking.
Barista coffee, our hampers and a range of snacks and drinks are also available to purchase at reception during your stay.

The Estate has a range of indoor and outdoor venues to suit any occasion. Our Barrabool space can cater for up to 100 guests seated or 200 cocktail, while our gorgeous Bistro is perfect for smaller events. The Kitchen Garden, Lawn, Pool Terrace and our expansive Lounge are also all available for event bookings.
Catering
The Waurn Ponds Estate team can assist you with any event, including an afternoon tea grazing table in the Kitchen Garden, a sit down banquet in our Barrabool space or a cocktail party in the Bistro or Lawn.
Our talented chefs have created a range of delicious menus. Using seasonal ingredients, our dishes showcase the best of what the region has to offer.

How many rooms does the Estate have?
We have 60 rooms at the Estate, including two suites and three accessible rooms.
For those seeking twin share accommodation, 57 of our rooms can be effortlessly transformed into two single beds, providing flexible arrangements to suit your needs.
Do the rooms have ensuites?
All of our rooms have modern ensuite bathrooms with large walk in showers and Kevin Murphy products.
Our suites have double bathrooms.
Our accessible rooms have accessible bathrooms.
How much does accommodation cost at the Estate?
Our rooms start from $220 per night with breakfast included.
Do you offer room service at the Estate?
No, the Estate does not offer room service.
Breakfast is served in our Barrabool space, however you are welcome to take your plate and coffees to your room.
We do offer a range of hampers, drinks and snacks you can purchase at reception.
You are welcome to utilise one of the many food delivery options in the area.
How many people can stay in a room?
A maximum of two people are permitted to stay in each room. Twin share is available in most rooms.
Are children welcome at the Estate?
Children are welcome for Weekends at Waurn Ponds Estate. We do not have rollaway beds or cots available, however you are welcome to request adjoining rooms.

Is breakfast available with room bookings?
Yes, of course. Breakfast is included in Weekend bookings and is served in our Barrabool space from 8.00am – 10.00am.
If you have an early departure we can deliver a continental breakfast to your room the evening prior. Please speak with our friendly reception team to arrange.
Is there are restaurant or bar at the Estate?
The Estate does not have a traditional restaurant or bar.
We have a range of snacks and drinks you can order with reception to have delivered to your room.

How to find us
From Pigdons Road, enter Alfred Deakin Drive (Entrance 1) and turn left at the first roundabout onto Nicol Drive South. Follow this road to the very end until you reach the entrance to Waurn Ponds Estate, which will be on your right-hand side.
