Our Cafe Menu

Our a la carte Express Lunch menu changes seasonally, and showcases a range of delicious options. Take a seat in the café or on the terrace and enjoy a leisurely lunch.
The Pantry’s counter is stocked with a variety of fresh salads, sandwiches, pastries, sweets and more available to grab & go or dine in.
With a fully licensed bar, you can also enjoy our drinks list which features local wines and French touches.

Our Venues

Waterfront Pantry is the perfect location for your next event, with spaces available for corporate functions, cocktail parties, banquets and conferences.

We have a range of venues available for events of any size, from small meeting rooms within the Geelong Corporate Centre, the Pantry itself, the large outdoor John Hay Courtyard, to Geelong’s largest performing arts centre, Costa Hall.

What kind of catering does Waterfront Pantry offer?

We have a range of catering packages and menus available, including conference packages, tea break items, drop off platters, cocktail menus and dining options.
We’re all about delicious food and standout menus, delivered with warm, welcoming service – there’s no boring conference food here.
Our food is fresh and inviting, made using seasonal ingredients showcasing the best of the Bellarine Peninsula.

Can I order catering to be delivered?

If you are having a meeting or conference within Waterfront Campus and would like drop off (not-serviced) catering, we can deliver the catering to you. Delivery is free for orders over $100.
If you’d like catering outside the Deakin campus, chat to our friendly team.

Is there a minimum order for catering?

We have a minimum catering order of $100.
Ask our friendly team for more information when making your booking.

What kind of conference catering is available at Waterfront Pantry?

We have two ranges of conference packages available. Our Standard conference package offers a more traditional conference lunch, with sandwiches or rolls and bountiful salads.
Our Premium package offers a more unique take on a conference lunch, with individually plated, wholesome “bowls’, served alongside a salad to share.
We also have plenty of optional additions you can choose to include in your package, such as lunch time sweets or platters. All our packages include all day tea and coffee.

Can you cater at my venue?

Yes, if your venue allows it and doesn’t have an exclusive contract with a specific caterer, we would be more than happy to assist you with catering at your chosen venue.

Does the Pantry cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely, our team can cater to any dietary requirement.
Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, coeliac, low gluten, lactose intolerance, nut and shellfish allergies are all included in our package price.
